CrowdComms provide a range of onsite check-in solutions to allow for a seamless experience regardless of where your event is. #

Our award-winning onsite badge printing kiosks, providing high impact and efficient self service onsite badge printing are available for hire at a wide range of locations.

For locations not supported or if you have a tight budget to work with, but you still need a tried and tested check-in solution, consider our Global Check-In option outlined at the bottom of this page.

Important:

The CrowdComms kiosk range is in high demand and during busy event seasons (March to June and September to November), kiosks are regularly fully booked.

Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Global Option #

Tight on budget but need a way to check in your attendees? CrowdComms offer Attendance Tracking to scan or manually check your audience in on arrival.

Prefer an expert onsite? Not a problem, we can send one of our team to manage the Attendance Tracking app along with the wider Event App, Lead Capture and event engagement requirements.

  • Events in this location are supported by local kiosk hub.
  • The only restriction is availability of kiosks.
• Orange
  • Glide Kiosks:
    • Extended custom timelines resulting in limited dates CrowdComms can provide all kiosk options without charging inflated prices.
    • Supported event dates: 1st December to 15th April and 15th July to 15th August.
  • Mini kiosks can be transported to the event location by onsite crew.
    • No event date restrictions, subject to availability.
    • Maximum of two Mini Kiosks per onsite resource attending as transported as over sized luggage.
  • CrowdComms Attendance Tracking app is readily available for all locations.
• Red
  • Due to custom restrictions and potential delays, we are only able to provide our Mini Kiosks transported to the event location by onsite crew.

  • CrowdComms Attendance Tracking app is readily available for all locations.
