As standard, our self service SLA is included with all platform purchases. The CrowdComms platform is highly intuitive and this option is perfect for those who prefer to manage the setup themselves to keep in full control of all changes requiring immediate action.

Managed Service #
Our managed service is an optional service available for those who need an extra helping hand to manage the entire platform setup.
This includes a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package.
Project Management is charged on a per hour rate, purchased in blocks of 10 hours to ensure we can book out the allotted time in your allocated Project Manager’s diary.
We aim to be flexible and where scope of work changes we will always aim to increase the allocated hours in blocks of 10 hours. To ensure a seamless experience for all projects, we request clients review the below allowance recommendations and opt for the most suitable allotted time.
What’s included #
- Dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package.
- Weekly alignment meeting to review project progress, agree timelines for content and essential tasks and review the work completed in the previous week.
- Agreed allowance of project management made up of calls / meetings, email comms and content upload.
Allowance options and recommendations #
10 Hours Allocated Project Management
Suitable For:
- A straight forward build with limited personalisation, simple event content requirements (i.e. agenda, speakers, information, engagement).
- Someone comfortable meeting once per week and sticking to agreed timeframes to provide content.
- Someone comfortable providing all content in agreed templates and format for a streamlined upload process.
- Someone who is happy allocating a lead contact to manage all communications with CrowdComms and combining questions into maximum of one email per day rather than multiple smaller emails.
20 Hours Allocated Project Management
Suitable For:
- Platform requirements with some complexity including personalisation throughout and a lot of content to showcase.
- Someone comfortable meeting once per week and sticking to agreed timeframes to provide content.
- Someone comfortable providing all content in agreed templates and format for a streamlined upload process.
- Someone who is happy allocating a lead contact to manage all communications with CrowdComms and combining questions into maximum of one email per day rather than multiple smaller emails.
30 Hours Allocated Project Management
Suitable For:
- Platform requirements with complexity including some custom work, personalisation throughout and a lot of content to showcase.
- Someone requiring multiple meetings per week and sticking to agreed timeframes to provide content.
- Someone who may not always be able to provide content in approved templates.
- Multiple contacts from the client side requiring input on the build and sending separate emails. Or a single contact who anticipates the need to send multiple rounds of comms email questions each day.
40/50/60+ Hours Allocated Project Management
Suitable For:
- Highly custom platform with lots of content and personalisation, or a long term platform build with personalisation and lots of content such as medical congress or high profile annual conference with complex requirements.
- Someone requiring multiple meetings per week during busy periods.
- Someone who may not always be able to provide content in approved templates.
- Multiple contacts from the client side requiring input on the build and sending separate emails. Or a single contact who anticipates the need to send multiple rounds of comms email questions each day.
Dedicated Resource Per Day
- A dedicated expert resource working on your project.
- Our resource acts as an extension of your team to help deliver to tight deadlines.
What happens when I reach my project management hourly limit? #
Important:
In order for CrowdComms to resource all projects to the highest standard, we require our customers and partners to opt for the allowance that is best suited for your event requirements and suitability.
We have clear guidelines on how to keep within the hours above. The CrowdComms platform is highly intuitive and we have a self service option for those who prefer to manage themselves to keep in full control of high volume of changes requiring immediate action.
Notice:
When you reach 80% of your allocated allowance, your Project Manager will contact you to let you know with your Account Manager cc’d.
The options at this stage are:
- Confirm you are comfortable with the outstanding allowance and move onto the self service SLA once the hours are used.
- Purchase further support allowance package.
