Someone who has experience working in admin systems such as website builder’s, other event platforms, or even a CRM or Project Management system setup and implementation.

In short, if you’ve built in another platform and were happy to do it again, we regularly hear that CrowdComms is highly intuitive compared to others.

Managed Service #

Our managed service approach is an optional service available for those who need an extra helping hand to manage the entire platform setup.

Project Management is charged on a per hour rate, purchased in blocks of 10 hours to ensure we can book out the allotted time in your allocated Project Manager’s diary.

We aim to be flexible and where scope of work changes we will always aim to increase the allocated hours in blocks of 10 hours. To ensure a seamless experience for all projects, we request clients review the below allowance recommendations and opt for the most suitable allotted time.

Managed Service: 10 Hours

What’s IncludedSuitable For
Dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package. A relatively straight forward build with limited personalisation, simple event content requirements (i.e. agenda, speakers, information, engagement)
Weekly alignment meeting to review project progress, agree timelines for content and essential tasks and review the work completed in the previous week. Someone comfortable meeting once per week and sticking to agreed timeframes to provide content.
10 hours of calls / meetings, email comms and content upload.Someone comfortable providing all content in agreed templates and format for a streamlined upload process.
Someone who is happy allocating a lead contact to manage all communications with CrowdComms and combining questions into maximum of one email per day rather than multiple smaller emails.

Managed Service: 20 Hours

Dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package. Platform requirements with some complexity including personalisation throughout and a lot of content to showcase.
Weekly alignment meeting to review project progress, agree timelines for content and essential tasks and review the work completed in the previous week. Someone comfortable meeting once per week and sticking to agreed timeframes to provide content.
20 hours of calls / meetings, email comms and content upload.Someone comfortable providing all content in agreed templates and format for a streamlined upload process.
Someone who is happy allocating a lead contact to manage all communications with CrowdComms and combining questions into maximum of one email per day rather than multiple smaller emails.

Managed Service: 30 Hours

30 hours of calls / meetings, email comms and content upload.Someone who may not always be able to provide content in approved templates.
Multiple contacts from the client side requiring input on the build and sending separate emails. Or a single contact who anticipates the need to send multiple rounds of comms email questions each day.

Managed Service: 40+ Hours

What’s IncludedSuitable For
Dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful setup and implementation of your chosen CrowdComms package. Highly custom platform with lots of content and personalisation.

Or a long term platform build with personalisation and lots of content such as medical congress or high profile annual conference with complex requirements.
Weekly alignment meeting to review project progress, agree timelines for content and essential tasks and review the work completed in the previous week. Someone requiring multiple meetings per week during busy periods.
30 hours of calls / meetings, email comms and content upload.Someone who may not always be able to provide content in approved templates.
Multiple contacts from the client side requiring input on the build and sending separate emails. Or a single contact who anticipates the need to send multiple rounds of comms email questions each day.
