Kiosk Purchase Options

Our aim is to provide flexible solutions to be your event technology partner of choice regardless of event format, event size and where possible to meet all event budgets.

One approach that is popular with CrowdComms partners is to contract CrowdComms for the delivery of flagship events to have confidence that you have experts on your side taking care of everything. For smaller events, you can purchase a number of kiosk units to self manage the onsite registration at these events.

Become a CrowdComms Partner #

If you are new to CrowdComms, there are a number of benefits of becoming a CrowdComms partner including access to industry leading software, service and the option of purchasing your own badging kiosks to self manage onsite registration.

If you are interested in finding out more about purchasing your own kiosk units, please contact your Account Manager or get in touch with us here.

Purchasing Kiosks Criteria #

CrowdComms service offering is end-to-end event technology with both self service and managed service options available. This includes registration, event apps, virtual + hybrid platforms, attendance tracking, lead capture and onsite badging solutions.

When it comes to onsite badging, this falls under the managed service category in the form of hiring our units for your event with our expert team onsite managing the delivery. Our default self service option is to leverage our Attendance Tracking app to check-in your audience without the need for any hardware hire or our team onsite.

In order to qualify to purchase CrowdComms kiosks, you must fulfil one of the following criteria:

  • Multi year Kiosk Manager software enterprise agreement.
  • One year enterprise agreement for CrowdComms wider event software including Registration, Event App, Virtual + Hybrid, Attendance Tracking and Kiosk Manager.

If you choose to purchase CrowdComms kiosks, we highly recommend arranging a day at the CrowdComms office for in person training or contract our expert team to attend your first event, to provide live event training.

Once kiosks are purchased, you are responsible for managing the maintenance and event delivery leveraging our guides here. CrowdComms can only provide managed services for kiosks that are hired from CrowdComms on a per event basis.
